How and when will I receive my tickets for the tailgate event and the game if I purchased them through the website or by mail through the club?
· As soon as we get the tickets from the Chargers we will be creating seating charts and shipping them.
· If you are part of a group and purchased at separate times you will be seated according to the last person to purchase tickets.
I have some friends who already bought tickets on your site and I would like to sit with them. Is this possible?
· Put your group name in the “Shipping details” while purchasing · If you forgot to do that please send us an e-mail with the members of your group billsvschargers@gmail.com Are there refunds for tickets that have been purchased?

Is there a limit on the amount of tickets I can buy?
· No Is there handicap access in our seating area?
· We have limited handicap access. The Chargers ask that we let them know what resources we need ahead of time to make the proper arrangements.
I have a small infant……….Do I have to purchase a seat ticket?
· Anyone over 36 inches in height or children over two years of age, require a game ticket. Note: Children are not allowed in our tailgating area, due to State of California rules we will be forced to turn away anyone under 21, to include parents with children.
How much is parking at Qualcomm? Where is it suggested to park?
· We suggest taking the Trolley to the stadium so you don’t need to worry about their parking fees or having a few drinks.
What public transportation is available to the stadium?
· Amtrak: On Sundays, fans from Orange County and Los Angeles can board select Amtrak trains and connect to the San Diego Trolley’s Green Line at Old Town . Visit www.amtrak.com for train service and special train and Trolley tickets.
· Chargers Express Bus: San Diego Transit’s Chargers Express Bus serves all 10 games from five convenient locations. Round-trip fare is $8.00 or $5.00 one way (exact change is required) or $70 for a Chargers Express Season Ticket Book (round trips to all 10 home games). Pick-up locations are:
• Kearny Mesa Traffic Court ( Clairemont Mesa Blvd. east of SR 163). • Governor Drive & I-805 Park & Ride • Spring St. Trolley Station ( La Mesa , Spring St. at Hwy. 94) • Mira Mesa Park & Ride • Plaza Bonita Shopping Center (in National City ) Buses begin loading two hours before game time with the last departure 45 minutes before game time. Buses leave the stadium 20 minutes after the game ends.
· North County Express BREEZE Bus: North County Transit District’s Chargers Express Buses serve all 10 home games along both the I-5 and I-15 corridors. Busses depart from the Escondido and Oceanside Transit Centers and have several convenient pick-up locations along the way. The fares are Adults – one way: $5; round trip: $10. · San Diego Trolley: THE MTS Trolley’s new Green Line provides service to Qualcomm Stadium from all stations, from Santee Town Center, Gillespie Field and El Cajon Transit Center in east County to the Trolley’s Mission Valley stations at 70th Street , San Diego State, Grantville, Rio Vista, Hazard Center , Fashion Valley , Morena/Linda Vista and the Old Town transit Center. Fans can also transfer to the Green Line from both the Blue Line and the Orange Line. The Green Line runs every five to seven minutes starting three hours before game time and post-game departures are every five to seven minutes in each direction. Round trip tickets range from $3.00 to $6.00, or use your monthly pass.
Where is the tailgate event located?
· The tailgate is being held inside the Qualcomm Stadium parking lot in the Southwest corner.
What parking lot is near the tailgate event? Where is it suggested to park?
· If driving to Qualcomm, parking lot gates 3-4 on the Northwest side of the stadium are best. Parking sections G and H are closest to the tailgate event.
· It is to the discretion of the ticket holder. Some may wish to park closer to the tailgate event, while some may wish to park closer to the stadium for an easier exit. How far is the tailgate area from the seating?
· The tailgate location is approximately a 10 minute walk to the stadium gates. What are the times of the tailgate event?
· 9am – 12pm
Can I walk up and purchase tickets for the tailgate event?
· No
What does my tailgate ticket include?
· Entrance to the Event · All you can eat · All you can drink o Beer o Wine o Soft drinks o Water o Mimosas
Will I will be able to get pictures and autographs from Andre Reed?
· NO! Andre will be doing Autographs and Pictures at our Saturday Night event at the East Village Tavern and Bowl. Since we would like him to enjoy the game and tailgate event too we ask that you don’t hound him on Sunday! I am under 21, what can I do to tailgate?
· Due to State of California regulations we cannot allow anyone under 21 into our event.
Is there handicap access for the tailgate event?
· Yes, the tailgate event is being held on a grass field. Can I get into the tailgate event with my infant?
· No
Do I need tickets for the event?
· Yes, Tickets must be purchased prior to game day. We have various purchase options. Tailgate tickets will be mailed at the same time as game tickets. Tailgate tickets will be taken at time of entrance into the tailgate. Also, you must also have a game ticket to attend the tailgate.
